Lina Liu is a PhD candidate in the European Politics Group at the Center for Comparative and International Studies since September 2016. She studied International Politics at Jilin University in Changchun, China (B.A.) and Diplomacy at the Renmin University of China in Beijing (M.Sc.). Her master thesis focuses on the institutional revolution of the EU after Lisbon Treaty.
She is currently working on China’s impact on the EU, focusing on the reactions from the European countries and European institutions towards China. Her work will especially analyzes the impact of China’s “One Belt One Road Policy” on the EU.
